+osb will be implementing a 10% price increase, effective June 1st, 2025.  

Noritz will implement a price increase on select products effective June 9, 2025, due to rising material costs.

Elkay will implement a 5–10% price increase on sinks, faucets, filtration, and drinking water products effective May 15, 2025, due to tariffs and market conditions.

Xylem Inc. will be implementing a price adjustment for the following product lines, effective May 20, 2025

Effective June 1, 2025, Amtrol will implement the following price adjustments:

Western Water and Gas Products Ltd. will implement a 3% price increase on all Perfection/Honeywell products, effective June 1, 2025.

Thermasol will be implementing a price increase of 8% effective June 1, 2025. 

Symmons will be implementing a weighted average 11% increase, with lower percentages on domestically manufactured products, effective May 22, 2025. 

May 1, 2025: Slant/Fin Baseboard are implementing a 10% surcharge on the net value of new purchase orders. 

Effective June 1, 2025, the prices of Haws Safety and Hydration models and parts will increase by an average of 7.3%.

TOTO will implement a 10% weighted average price increase across all products—including WASHLET—effective June 2, 2025, due to rising tariff and production costs.

Liberty Pumps is implementing a price increase on May 1, 2025. The increase will be 6% across all products in Canada.
