Reporting directly to the Plumbing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all Outside Plumbing Sales and quotes, quote follow up and after sale service. Your major focus will be on growing our business by calling on and servicing an existing account base as well as developing new accounts in the plumbing sales industry. Some travel will be required within the lower mainland.

Your job duties are, but not limited to:

The ideal candidate will essentially be responsible for the management of Residential and Commercial Fixture quotations and building exceptional customer service.

Your main job duties will include, but won’t be limited to:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to quote Residential and Commercial Projects
  • Respond to customer queries related to fixture quotes
  • Communicate project details, obtain and review material quotes from suppliers
  • Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers and contractors
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
  • Liaise between suppliers’ reps and customers for all inquiries, lead and delivery times, to meet tender deadlines
