The bantam plug is a plastic anchor designed for use with lightweight fixtures. It can be used in concrete, block and brick. It is also suggested for use in wallboard. Holding values in wallboard tend to be inconsistent, other wall anchors may be considered depending on the application. The bantam plug anchor is injection molded from an engineered plastic and is designed to be used in conjunction with a sheet metal or wood screw. These fasteners are not recommended for use overhead or applications where holding values are critical.

- Anchor body is resistant to corrosion from moisture
- Ultimate load capacity: 270 lb tensile strength when embedded in 2000 psi, 340 lb tensile strength when embedded in 4000 psi and 420 lb tensile strength when embedded in 6000 psi compressive strength concrete
- Ultimate load capacity - 160 lb tensile load at 1500 psi and 30 lb shear load at 1500 psi solid and hollow clay brick masonry
