The EnvirosenseĀ® Power Direct Vent is a high efficiency condensing gas water heater. It has a spiral heat exchanger that helps keep hot combustion gases in the tank longer which means the water will heat up faster. This makes it ideal for larger homes with multiple bathrooms or luxury appliances such as whirlpool tubs. - Combined horizontal and vertical vent runs terminating through outside wall or roof, using ULC S636 PVC, CPVC or polypropylene pipe. 2Ė pipe allows vent runs up to 45 equivalent feet and 3Ė pipe allows vent runs up to 128 equivalent feet.
