The 3/8" ZW3870XLT Aqua-Gard® Thermostatic Mixing Valve with 3 ports (1 hot in, 1 cold in, 1 mixed out) is utilized in both residential and most light commercial point-of-use installations with 3/8” compression fittings to protect against potential scalding from hot water. The ZW3870XLT valve has a rapid response rate and precise temperature control to meet the stringent ASSE 1070 standards for installation on fixtures, sinks, lavatories, or bathtubs. It mixes hot and cold water for a final safer water temperature outlet range of 95° to 115°F. The standard ZW3870XLT includes 3 ports (1 hot in, 1 cold in, 1 mixed out).
