The TOTO Top-Mount Top-Tightening Toilet Seat Hardware allows for simplified seat installation from the top of the toilet. The hardware easily installs your seat when access to underneath the seat mount area is restricted. Can be used with standard seats or WASHLET bidet seat base plate. Includes a set of two stainless steel bolts, each with a rubber grommet. Philips head tool required for install.
