This 8 inch reduced pressure zone assembly backflow preventer with SentryPlus Alert technology with automatic shutoff ACV for flood detection and prevention is designed to prevent the reverse flow of contaminated water from being pumped or siphoned into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure in accordance with national plumbing codes and water authority requirements, as well as provide alerts and automatic shutoff capability in the event of a possible flood condition. The backflow preventer is extremely light and compact compared to a traditional backflow assembly, and features a quick access sleeve. SentryPlus Alert utilizes the Watts LFF113RFP ACV as an automatic shutoff valve in the event of a potential flood condition.
