This Enpure single union ball check valve component is made from Enpure high-purity polypropylene and durable Viton gaskets and O-ring seals. Ideal for facilities that require high-purity water systems, Enpure products offer longevity, abrasion resistance and improved flow. The SR Series ball check valve prevents backflow in piping systems and has a single union design that allows for in-line maintenance. Its body has a single end entry with threaded carrier (ball seat support) that is adjustable when installed. Full-length guide ribs help ensure maximum flow and minimum turbulence to prevent ball sticking and chatter. The valve body, as well as the union nut and carrier, feature deep square-style threads for increased strength. The valve provides positive shut off in both vertical and horizontal orientations.
