RADON BLOCK™ Pipe Boot
RADON BLOCK™ is the new leading high performance radon blocking barrier membrane. When properly installed, RADON BLOCK™ resists gas and moisture migration into the building envelope, providing superior protection from toxic and harmful chemicals. It is a highly resilient under slab/vertical wall barrier designed to restrict naturally occurring gases such as radon and/or methane from migrating through the ground and concrete slab. Radon Block is more than 100 times less permeable than typical high performance polyethylene vapor retarders against radon, methane and other harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It has been evaluated by the national research council Canadian construction materials center (NRC CCMC).
