Ultra Plastic Pipe Device is red coloured, contains 3M Interam Ultra GS wrap material in a preformed collar. When exposed to temperatures of 121 degrees Celcius the wrap material expands (up to 25 times) to seal combustible pipe service penetrations.
- Tested up to 2 hours in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL 1479) & CAN/ULC S115
- One-piece metal construction requires no assembly
- Ensures secure installation of expandable firestop and proper closure during fire
