IDEAL® Digital Cable Splitter, 2-Way High Performance
High performance 1 GHz Digital Splitters are used for splitting a single coax line into 2, 3, or 4 lines. These splitters are designed for applications that operate in the 5 MHz to 1 GHz range, which include: Digital/HD Cable TV, Broadcast (over the air) TV, CCTV, and other general purpose coaxial cable splitting requirements.
- High performance, welded resisters and capacitors filter out signal variations and provide a cleaner
- Stronger signal, printed circuit board design helps maintain a constant RF performance, soldered backs provide higher RFI shielding
- Low insertion loss maintains signal integrity
- All ports are machined F female connector
- Grounding screw eliminates the need for grounding block
- For best system performance, choose a splitter with the minimum needed number of ports
- Terminate any unused splitter ports and wall plates with F terminators
- Splits 1 input into 2 balanced output signals
- 5 MHz to 1 GHz bandwitdth
- Nickel-plated zinc construction
