A.O. Smith insulated storage tanks are ideal for use with gas-fired copper heat exchanger equipment for storage of any potable water at temperatures up to 180°F. This commercial vertical round storage tank is equipped with high density foam that helps save energy and reduce standby heat loss.
- All internal surfaces exposed to water are glasslined per ASME HLW procedures, using an NSF-approved glasslining compound. Glass is highly resistant to effects of temperature, corrosion and electrolysis
- For horizontal installations, optional tank saddles (Tanks 500 gallon and above must be specified Horizontal or Vertical)
- Heavy duty anode rods provide advanced against corrosion.
- Tanks tested at pressures assigned in accordance with working pressures shown in table
