IDEALĀ® TLC⢠(Tool-Less Compression) compression F-connectors are our simplest, fastest, and most cost-effective solution for installing compression connectors. Designed to save time, labor, and cost, no compression tool is required to terminate these connectors. The TLC⢠connector uses the industry-standard ¼ā x ¼ā cable preparation, allowing installers to work faster with fewer tools and avoid compatibility issues. Its sliding, locking post design secures the cable inside the connector, and tightening the connector to the device completes the assembly, creating a 360° compression point for a permanent connection. Unlike twist-on connectors, the TLC maintains the cableās round shape without deformation. These connectors are perfect for indoor applications from 5MHz to 3GHz, including CATV and satellite, offering a secure, permanent connection.
